Turn SafetyCover™ inside out and zip it up. Machine wash cover alone in cold water with mild detergent and tumble dry on low. Do not use fabric softener or chlorine bleach.
We understand you are anxious to receive your Nook product! Please note that our Niche boxes are getting a facelift so all Niches will be shipped in a bag with a product overview insert rather than our packaging. Please reach out to our customer service team if you'd like to wait until our boxes come in. All Niche orders will be shipped out the week of February 15, 2021.
All other orders are processed Monday-Friday and will ship within 3-5 business days from the receipt of the order. This does not include sales, weekends or holidays. If you order after 3:30pm PST on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday. This applies to 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air orders as well.
