Care Instructions for SafeSleep™ Covers: Machine wash covers ALONE in cold water with mild detergent. Tumble dry on LOW heat. DO NOT use fabric softener, chlorine bleach or dryer sheets. Just like your favorite T-shirt, your SafeSleep™ cover gets softer with each wash and the benefits of your cover get re-invigorated! Crib sheet optional. Further instructions below.
Pebble & Dimple: Turn cover inside out and zip up to protect the pebbled or dimpled surface.
Print: Unzip and remove cover. No need to turn inside out!
Shipping
All orders are processed Monday-Friday and will ship within 3-5 business days from the receipt of the order. This does not include sales, weekends or holidays. If you order after 3:30pm PST on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday.
Warranty
Nook offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty on each of its crib mattress cores from date of purchase with proof of purchase and a 1-year Limited Warranty on the SafeSleep™ Crib Mattress Cover from date of purchase with proof of purchase. The Mattress with Base Cover has a 90-day warranty from due date and is not eligible for our 100-Night Free Trial.
