Product Return Policies
Bebecare product return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. A mandatory restocking fee of 25% is deducted to the refund amount for any product returned. The restocking fee applies to product return and product exchange.
Product return is not accepted if customer is using a special discount. This includes seasonal discount including Black Friday Sales, Cyber Monday Sales, Christmas Sales. All sales are final using special seasonal discounts.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please ensure the product is well packaged to avoid shipping damages. Bebcare is not responsible for damages to the product during shipping.
Please note that the Bebcare Mat baby movement sensor mat is NON-RETURNABLE.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Products with obvious signs of use

- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. The customer can send the product back to our designated warehouse with the original packaging. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the return product is well packaged to avoid shipping damages. We are not responsible for any damages incurred during the return shipping process. The order shipping charge is not refunded. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com .
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide a return address based on your origination.
To return your product, you should first contact email@example.com to obtain a return authorization email.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Bebcare is not a medical device. Bebcare should not substitute for the care and oversight of an adult or consultation with medical professionals. Bebcare baby monitors are intended for use for healthy babies up to the age of 24 months. The Bebcare breathing mat is not a medical device, and is intended to assist in tracking the well-being of healthy babies. You should always follow pediatrician-recommended safe practices when using the Bebcare products. Bebcare products are not intended to prevent SIDS.
In no event shall Bebcare be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages caused by using the service or any damage or change to the device (including but are not limited to computer devices, hand-held devices, mobile phones or other mobile devices) that you used caused by using the Application.
While we aim to provide you with a highly reliable and readily available service, the Application is not 100 percent reliable or readily available. For a variety of reasons beyond our control, our services may be affected by sporadic interruptions and failures, including WiFi or network instability, cloud service provider maintenance or updates, and hardware device failures. You understand that the service interruption may cause the Application and Bebcare baby monitor to be unreliable or unavailable at any time during the service interruption. We cannot and do not guarantee that you will be notified during any anticipated period or specific period, and you may not be notified.
Limitation of liability. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary and to the fullest extent permissible by law: (a) in no event shall we, nor our directors, employees, agents, partners, suppliers or content providers, be liable under contract, tort, strict liability, negligence or any other legal or equitable theory with respect to the services (I) for any lost profits, data loss, cost of procurement of substitute goods or services, or special, indirect, incidental, punitive, compensatory or consequential damages of any kind whatsoever (however arising), (ii) for any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like (regardless of the source of origination), and (b) in no event shall our liability, nor our directors, employees, agents, partners, suppliers or content providers liability under, or otherwise in connection with, these terms (including the site and the service), exceed the greater of the total amount paid by you (if any) in connection with the applicable service in the three (3) months immediately prior to the event giving rise to such liability or (b) $50.00.
Don’t misuse Bebcare products. Use our products for their intended purpose only. Bebcare products are not medical products. They do not and are not intended to diagnose, cure, treat, alleviate or prevent any disease or health condition or investigate, replace or modify anatomy or any physiological process. They are consumer products intended to promote general well-being. Never use our products to replace good parenting, common sense, or appropriate medical care.
Don’t try to access Bebcare products using a method other than the interface and the instructions that we provide. Use our products only as permitted by law, including applicable export and re-export control laws and regulations. If you use our products improperly, we may stop providing our products to you.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Bebcare products. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you are telling us that: (a) you are at least 18 years old; (b) you have not previously been suspended or removed from use of the products; and (c) your registration and your use of the products complies with the law.
We own and operate the products. This includes the trademarks, copyrights, visual interfaces, graphics, design, compilation, information, data, computer code (including source code or object code), hardware, products, software, services, and all other elements of the products. Your use of our products does not give you ownership of any intellectual property rights in our products or the content you access. We reserve all rights to the products not granted expressly in these Terms and Conditions.

I love my Bebcare low emissions monitor. It’s so easy to use and the picture quality is fantastic. It’s low emissions so I don’t need to worry about harmful waves hurting the baby.
Great product with good service.
I bought this monitor because I wanted a low EMF device that would be more reliable than an app, and that we could use on our deck. I have not tested the EMF emissions but so far I have found the range is pretty pathetic (it cuts out as soon as I step foot outside, which is less than 20 feet away from the camera) and the parent unit shuts off randomly. I’m pretty disappointed to say the least.
I used to use a wifi monitor but it often had connectivity issues, so I wanted to get a monitor with a handheld unit so that I had something 100% reliable. Within a day or two of using the Bebcare monitor I noticed that the audio and video on the parent unit would randomly stop working several times a day. Obviously this is not ideal for a baby monitor (especially at night while I’m sleeping!), so I immediately reached out to customer service. The warranty for the monitor is extremely short - this is clearly because they know their products are glitchy and they don’t want to replace them. Given the price of the monitor and the severity of the issue I expected to get a quick resolution/a replacement monitor, but this was not the case. Customer service said the issue was totally normal and due to the VOX setting. I explained that I do not use that setting and sent a video of the issue - clearly showing that I don’t use VOX, and showing that even though the unit was still on, the sound and video had stopped working. In the video you can see that I turn the device off and then back on and only then do the audio and image come back - at which point you can see my baby crying in her crib - something I would have had no idea about if I didn’t happen to notice that the monitor stopped working properly. I was told by customer service that they would review my video again (the first time they clearly weren’t paying attention and claimed issues that didn’t even make sense) and get back to me. IT’S BEEN 4 WEEKS SINCE I SENT MY INITIAL MESSAGE TO CUSTOMER SERVICE and TWO WEEKS since they claimed they would follow up with me; I have followed up a couple of times and heard nothing back. I am honestly appalled that a business that is supposed to be focused on keeping babies safe can just ignore a customer with a valid issue. Clearly they only care about sales and have no interest in customer service. Since this issue hasn’t been fixed, I have to check the unit repeatedly throughout the night to make sure it’s still on - it definitely has not given me the “peace of mind [I] need” as they claim on their website.
I have read comments from Bebcare customers who claim they had an issue that was unresolved and wrote negative reviews, and it was only then that their concerns were addressed, but THEY HAD TO DELETE THEIR NEGATIVE REVIEW AND REWRITE A 5 STAR REVIEW FIRST. I’m sure they’re not the only company to pull this type of terrible tit for tat approach, but I would have hoped for a more ethical response. Overall, I’m not impressed and would never recommend Bebcare to a fellow parent.

This Bebcare Motion is a much better monitor compared to the Eufy Spaceview or Infant Optics. I would pick this anyday.
The new Bebcare monitor works so well. The video quality is excellent and works brilliantly at night time. Customer service was incredible - Rebecca from the team was so lovely and professional. We really like everything about this low emissions monitor.
