Shipping & Returns
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 3 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within three business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at email@example.com. Estimated delivery/ transit time after the order has been confirmed as shipped is 3-10 business days.

Most merchandise purchased from babyandmenursery.com can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Product must be in perfect condition along with all original packaging intact. If your item(s) do arrived damaged or incorrect, please send photos firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of receipt.
Returns must be pre-authorized by emailing us at email@example.com with a description of the return and your order number. Returns should be properly packed in the items original packaging and sent at the customer's expense to the address we provide you during authorization. Shipping costs will not be credited or refunded. Baby & Me Nursery will not be held responsible for returned items lost in transit. Therefore we highly recommend returns be sent via a traced and insured shipping method.
* Some types of products are non-returnable including sale items, furniture items, oversized rugs, custom made, and made to order items. These items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. If you are unsure whether or not the items you are interested in can be returned, please feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Returned items must include all original packaging, manuals, hardware and any other related items and must be in perfect unused condition, or restocking and repackaging fees will apply.
Returned items purchased with a free shipping offer or promotion will have the cost of shipping, and return shipping labels subtracted from the refund amount. (Now applicable to all returned items) Contact us at email@example.com for return information/fees regarding your product.
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged or incorrect, please send photos firstname.lastname@example.org and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
Cancellations & Refunds:
All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
